I'm playing Far Cry 2 and loving it on all settings maxed out, Dx10 and 2x AA, but when I play the game for a long time it randomly closes down on me. It doesn't freeze or anything, and no error message comes up, but the game just closes. This might be something to do with my PC getting to hot or my video card over-heating or something, so it closes as a precaution, just a though seeing as it only happens after a fair few hours of non-stop playing.

Also, I had a little go of the map editor a few minutes ago and every tree I place looks fine but then the canopies always have a green box around them, with the leaves and branches visible through it, and I think the box has the name of the tree on it (birch, olive etc). I have no idea why this is, the box is there even while testing the map too (Ctrl+G) and the trees are still destructible.

Any ideas guys?

EDIT: Forgot to mention the game runs incredibly smoothly on the settings mentioned above. I very rarely noticed a framerate dip, even in pretty large battles with fire, weather etc goin crazy. I havn't done a test with FRAPS yet but I reckon it must be over 30fps average.
